Horse Training Agreement

This Horse Training Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] between [TRAINER/FACILITY NAME], of [TRAINER ADDRESS] ("Trainer"), and [OWNER NAME], of [OWNER ADDRESS] ("Owner"), the legal owner of the horse described below. 2. Training Program and Goals
