Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BarnBlueprint ("we," "us"), a done-for-you website service for horse boarding barns. By requesting a preview or purchasing a site, you agree to them. We've written them in plain English because that's how we'd want to read them too.
The free preview
We build your website first and show you the finished site before you pay anything. The preview is free, requires no payment information, and comes with no obligation to buy. Until you purchase, the preview and its design remain our property, and we may take a preview offline after a reasonable period if you decide not to move forward.
Pricing and payment
- $300 one-time setup fee, due when you decide to take your site live.
- $19 per month, covering hosting, your domain connection, and small updates.
- No contract. You can cancel anytime, and there is no cancellation fee.
- If a monthly payment fails, we'll reach out and give you a reasonable window to fix it before the site comes down.
What "small updates" means
Small updates are changes we can make in about ten minutes: board rates, photos, hours, contact info, a new trainer bio, and the like. Bigger jobs — new pages, a redesign — get a simple quote first, and nothing is billed without your approval.
Your content
The words and photos on your site are yours. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you give us — for example, that photos are yours or you have permission to use them, and that any people in them are okay appearing on your site. You give us permission to use your content to build, host, and display your website. If you cancel, we send you a complete copy of your content.
Accuracy of your site
You review and approve your site before it goes live, and you're responsible for the accuracy of business information on it — board rates, services, availability, and so on. Email us when something changes and we'll update it, usually the same day.
Domains
If we register a domain for you, it's registered for your barn's use and renewed as part of your monthly plan. If you cancel, we'll help you transfer the domain so you keep your web address.
Acceptable use
Your site can't be used for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, or to publish content you don't have rights to. We may decline or remove content that creates legal risk, after telling you why.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by emailing us. Your site comes down at the end of your current billing period, we send you a complete copy of your content, and you owe nothing further. We may end service on our side with 30 days' notice, in which case we'll refund any unused portion of your monthly payment and help you take your content elsewhere.
Service availability
We work hard to keep your site online, but no host can promise 100% uptime. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for outages caused by our upstream providers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages such as lost business or lost boarders. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what these terms state.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and email customers about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where BarnBlueprint operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
