BarnBlueprint ("we," "us") builds and hosts websites for horse boarding barns. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information you give us. When you request a free website preview, we collect your barn name, city and state, your name, your email address, and anything you choose to add (like a link to your current website or Facebook page). If you become a customer, we also collect billing details and the content you send us for your site, such as photos, board rates, and text.
Publicly available information. To build a preview, we gather information your barn has already published publicly, such as your website, Facebook page, or listings in barn directories. We use it only to build your site, and you review everything before it goes live.
Contact form submissions on customer sites. Websites we host include a contact form. When a visitor submits that form, we deliver the message to the barn owner's email and keep a copy so we can troubleshoot delivery. That information belongs to the barn; we don't use it for anything else.
Technical information. Like nearly every website, our servers automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to keep the service running and secure. Our public pages do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
We use a small number of service providers to run BarnBlueprint: website hosting, a database, email delivery, and payment processing. They process your information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. We also share information if the law requires it.
We keep your information for as long as you have a site with us, plus a reasonable period afterward for records and legal obligations. If you cancel, your site comes down and we send you a complete copy of your content — your words and photos are yours.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll take care of it. If you received an email from us and want no further contact, reply "stop" and we'll permanently suppress your address.
Our service is for barn businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change significantly affects how we handle your information, we'll email our customers directly.
