2. Grant of Permission
Participant grants the Facility, its owners, employees, and agents permission to photograph, film, video record, and audio record the Participant, the Participant's horse(s), and the Participant's guests while on Facility property or participating in Facility activities (collectively, the "Media").
3. Scope of Use
The Facility may use, reproduce, edit, crop, and publish the Media, in whole or in part, in the following channels (check all that apply):
- Facility website and blog
- Social media accounts operated by the Facility (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or similar)
- Email newsletters
- Printed marketing materials, flyers, and advertisements
- Local press and news features arranged by the Facility
4. Identity Disclosure
