3. Level of Care

Owner selects the following level of care, at the monthly rate stated in Section 5 for that level (check one):

  • ☐ Full Care — Facility provides a stall or pasture, daily feeding and watering, stall cleaning, turnout, and blanketing/unblanketing per Owner's written instructions.
  • ☐ Partial Care — Facility provides some daily tasks and Owner provides the remainder; the division of duties is described below.
  • ☐ Pasture Board — Horse is kept at pasture with access to shelter, water, and feed as described in Section 4; individual stall service is not provided.
  • ☐ Self-Care / Co-op — Owner supplies all feed, bedding, and labor for the Horse's daily care at a stall or paddock leased from the Facility.
