This Arena & Facility Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] between [FACILITY NAME], located at [FACILITY ADDRESS] ("Facility"), and [RENTER NAME], of [RENTER ADDRESS] ("Renter"). The Facility grants the Renter a limited, non-exclusive license to use only the following areas, for only the purposes stated, during only the time slots agreed. This is a license to use the premises, not a lease, and it grants the Renter no tenancy or possessory interest in the Facility.
The Renter may use the premises only during the reserved time slots below and may not use stalls, pastures, equipment, jumps, or areas not listed above without separate written permission. Reserved use:

The Renter will pay the Facility under the fee structure the parties elect (check one):
